Dispatch & Tracking

Orders placed before 8am Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same working day. Delivery will occur within the specified timeframe, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed after 8am on Friday or during the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). Delivery to Highlands and Islands may take an additional day.

We ship all orders through Royal Mail.

You will receive an email when your order's been dispatched, for all orders apart from sample orders, this will have your tracking number.
